As the coronavirus COVID-19 has grown to a pandemic level, impacting our lives, our aim is the wellbeing of our staff and our guests. With this in mind on Monday 23rd March, we made the decision to close our doors in conformity to the Government directions, as part of the precautional measures for the restriction of dissemination and the risk of spread of the virus.
Therefore, Cleopatra Homes will suspend the operations until the 30th of April.
As we find ourselves in these unprecedented times, we would like to reassure you that the health and well-being of our guests and team, is our highest priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and while the circumstances around the outbreak are rapidly changing, we are closely monitoring the situation to provide the right support for your travel plans and stay needs.
We understand that one of your immediate concerns is the flexibility terms regarding your recent or future bookings.
